Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Advantage Financial Services Ltd (“AFS”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data. AFS is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We provide financial services to our clients, and in doing so we handle personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable FCA requirements.
How to contact us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, you can contact us at: dataprotection@advantagetravelpartnership.com
This is the best way to exercise your rights under data protection law.
The personal data we collect will depend on the service provided. It may include identity and contact details, financial details, insurance or investment information, communication records, marketing preferences, and website
technical data. Where we need to collect sensitive information (e.g. medical details for insurance policies), this will only be done with your explicit consent or where otherwise permitted by law.
We use your personal data to provide financial services, administer contracts, process payments, communicate with you about your products, and comply with FCA regulatory obligations. We may share data with insurers, brokers, or regulators
where required. We may also use secure AI tools for productivity and analysis, but your data is never used to train these tools.
We process personal data only where there is a valid legal basis under UK GDPR. This may be to perform a contract with you, to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, based on your consent, or in pursuit of our legitimate interests (balanced with your rights).
Your personal data is stored within the UK and EEA. We use trusted service providers, who are bound by strict agreements to protect data and are required to handle your data securely and in compliance with law.
We may share your data with insurers, brokers, regulators (including the FCA), professional advisers, and service providers. We will never sell your data.
We keep most client and financial records for at least six years from the end of the relationship, or longer where legally required. After this, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

You have rights under UK GDPR including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can contact
